The Tree Cricket lives in trees and shrubs, they are well camouflaged. These crickets are nocturnal so this make them even harder to find. The best sign is the sound they make which is from them rubbing there back legs together. The sound they make is mostly heard during mating season which is during the mid to late summer. The female Cricket does not make a sound but follows the sound to the male.
